The Big Cancer Hook-up is coming your way at the end of November, and we wanted to introduce you to our exciting panelists to get you thinking about the discussion and any questions you may want to ask!

Peter is no longer in treatment, and is enjoying a long-term relationship.

He has worked throughout his cancer journey/life and keeps himself occupied by volunteering for YACC and working on his business venture for 2014.

Peter says some of the major challenges he faced due to cancer were the sense of isolation, disconnection from those who were close to him before his cancer diagnoses, feeling helpless to cancer, feeling uncertain of his future, dealing with self-perception from a gender-specific cancer, determining odds and complications for fatherhood, and contemplating what would ever measure up to having fought cancer.

Peter is a Localife Toronto leader and guest-emceed the 2013 Shave for the Brave event in Bradford, ON.
